Stalls Medical To Build New Office in Cary

The applicant, Bass, Nixon & Kennedy, Inc., on behalf of the property owners, Jerry and Deborah Stalls, has requested approval of a site plan to develop approximately 22,520 sqft of office, retail, warehousing, and potential handicap-accessible vehicular sales on several parcels of land within the Town Center Area Plan. The property owner proposes to construct a 22,520-sqft building consisting of 12,333 sqft (54%) of office; 3,344 sqft (16%) retail; and 6,843 sqft (30%) of warehousing uses. The proposed building would be located in the center of the site and be surrounded by parking. The applicant has proposed 87 parking spaces, 18 more than the 69 spaces required by the LDO. The additional parking spaces would serve as parking for vehicles being sold in association with the Stalls Medical business.

Chatham Commons Nursing Home Public Hearing

Approximately 3.31 Acres Located At 809 W. Chatham Street Owned By Community Facilities Inc. is requesting a zoning change to bring the property into compliance with previous changes to zoning districts and regulations. The site is developed with a single-story, 24,000-square-foot facility constructed in 1983. As a legal non-conforming use, the existing facility may continue to operate, but it may not be expanded or modified.
