Publix Coming To Bradford Village

Lord Corporation To Add Another Building

LORD Corporation is planning a $20 million investment to expand its Cary, NC headquarters campus with a sixth building. Located near US-Highway-1, US-Highway-64, and Gregson Drive, GPS 35.73122,-78.80912, 111 Lord Drive, Cary, NC 27511. The 49,373 sqft office building on 61.69 acres will support an additional 120 high-paying jobs over the next five years. With 329 current Cary employees, the new positions will include jobs in marketing and sales, business development, information technology and more. LORD Corporation moved its worldwide headquarters, including offices and research labs, to Cary's McGregor Park development in 1995. They are a global manufacturer of adhesives and coatings, vibration and motion control, and magnetically responsive technologies.
